My Yoga journey has led me through many styles of yoga and personal development disciplines over the last 40 years.
Gradually my practice has evolved to fit my life. As I transitioned through life’s stages of pregnancy, motherhood and menopause, I adapted my practice to support my changing physical and mental needs at each stage of the journey. During these years I taught Foundation and Study courses and held workshops and retreats at home and abroad.
With aging one becomes more naturally introspective and less influenced by the external world. I now hold small safe progressive yoga classes with practices that can slowly and gently help release unconscious tensions through a relaxed somatic approach to ease the body and mind. Practices that help develop a sense of feeling nourished by cultivating the receptive consciousness of quiet inner peace.
